Cookie notice.
What this site stores in your browser, which services receive requests, and how to change your choices.
How your choices work
Cookie settings, at the foot of every page, lets you allow or reject optional categories. Essential storage supports site features. A first-party page counter uses no browser storage and honours Do Not Track. Forms may use the bot check at challenges.cloudflare.com. Vendor cookies may include _ga (Google Analytics) and _clck / _clsk (Clarity).
Necessary
Saves your privacy choice (infoc-cookie-preferences-v1) and dismissed prompts (infoc-popup-state-v1, infoc-popup-session). This storage supports site features.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (www.googletagmanager.com) and Clarity (www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms) measure site use after consent; infoc_first_touch and infoc_funnel_session support attribution.
Marketing
Nothing on this site uses this category. There is no Ads tag, remarketing, ad storage or personalisation.
Change your mind at any time
Change your choices in Cookie settings, then reload the page. Loaded tags receive updated consent. Changing consent does not erase data already received by providers. Delete existing cookies in your browser settings.
Chat
Chat: the chat window loads from askla.infoc.com, INFOC's own service. So you can pick up where you left off, it remembers this browser (askla:<key> in local storage, kept until 180 days after your last visit) and keeps the open conversation in this tab (one-chat:<key>). While the chat is on the page, it records which pages of this site you view, so the INFOC team can see where you are and help (askla:<key>:tracking-consent-v2 in local storage, askla:<key>:visit in this tab); those page records are kept for 30 days. Muting chat sounds stores askla:<key>:mute. Messages you send reach the INFOC team. It also keeps your approximate country, worked out from your connection, for the same 30 days, and it does not store your IP address. If you accept analytics, the team can also see your earlier visits to this site, your approximate location, your device and any enquiry you sent here.
