What we collect
Contact details you give us through this site, and the operational data your tenant holds once you are a customer. We do not buy contact lists and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to run the service you have bought, and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations. Nothing is used for a purpose you were not told about at collection.
Where it lives
In a database dedicated to your tenant, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Your data does not co-mingle with another customer.
Your rights under PDPA
You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not affect the service. Write to solutions@infoc.one and we respond within the statutory period.
If something goes wrong
We are built to support the PDPC 72-hour breach notification requirement, and we would tell you as well as the regulator.
