Terms of Service

Effective date: April 11, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of INFOC ONE software and related services provided by INFOCHOLA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD..

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all users, administrators, and authorized representatives accessing INFOC ONE under a subscription or trial agreement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and ensuring that information submitted to the platform is accurate and lawful.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, reverse engineering, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

4. Service Availability and Changes

We may update features, security controls, and service components to improve reliability, compliance, and performance. Scheduled maintenance may affect temporary availability.

5. Fees and Billing

Fees, billing intervals, and payment terms are defined in your commercial agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension according to contract.

6. Data and Confidentiality

Customer data remains your property. Each party agrees to protect confidential information and only use it for permitted business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid under the applicable subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate according to agreed notice periods or for material breach. Upon termination, access and retention timelines follow the signed commercial terms and applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore unless otherwise specified in your executed agreement.
